Joint meeting of the Orleans, Brewster and Eastham Boards of Selectmen to discuss next steps and timelines for decommissioning and removing the Tri-Town septage treatment plant facilities from the site in accordance with the O-B-E Groundwater Protection District Intermunicipal Agreement.

7:00 p.m.       Call to Order

  • Meet with Stantec Consulting Services – Overview of the Tri-Town Septage Treatment Facility Decommissioning Action Plan Final Report
  • General discussion on the Action Plan Timeline and Projected Costs
  • Review list of questions and concerns received by Board of Managers from Septage Haulers and District Employees
  • Board of Managers recommendation to extend the expiration date of the IMA from May 30, 2015 to December 31, 2016 to complete the Decommissioning Action Plan
  • Discuss next steps and schedule a follow up meeting
